Felicity Wingrove (Fliss) has been involved with TBB for six years, and is one of the Founding Directors of the CIC. Plus, thanks to her extensive experience in PR and reputation management, she oversees the Board’s communications and messaging. 

Part of Fliss’ role sees her jointly responsible for ensuring that TBB delivers on all they set out to do, whilst maintaining a predominant focus on five core activities to benefit the business community: Advocacy, Action, Education, Sustainability, and Research.

In her day-to-day role, Fliss is the Strategic Advisor and Founder of Zen Communications – a PR, content and copywriting agency; and also leads The Ultimate Advantage – a dedicated language mastery coaching and training consultancy.

With both businesses having been founded and based in Telford, Fliss is a passionate advocate of the town – from both a business and personal perspective.
